Arlo Pro 2 - video does not show up in Library. Need to reboot Base Station and camera to appear?

Brand new Arlo pro 2 with the VMB4500r2 base and 3 cameras. The Arlo app raised the alert on motion detection, however, no video showed up in the library.  I powered off /on the base station and the camera, it fixed the problem temporarily.  However, the same problem came back again the next day. 

For the reference, here are the firmware versions:

 

Base VMB4500r2 :  1.16.6.1_3760_9330458

Arlo Pro 2 camera : 1.125.16.0_36_49c31dd

App version (iOS):   3.5 (2590)

Things to consider,

Do all cameras have the same issue. If not are the problem cameras AC powered. If so does it have an issue if it runs on battery only.

Check the rules on the active mode are set correctly to record from the correct cameras.

Might be a good idea to install a USB backup device on the base station to check if the recordings are being captured as well as to the cloud server.
