Arlo Pro 2 stopped detecting motion and doesn't switch out of night mode when I view in daytime

One of my Arlo Pro 2s stopped detecting motion and doesn't automatically switch out of night mode when I manually view the feed during the daytime. Does anyone know what may be causing these issues? Have had it for a few years now with no issues.

 

Firmware: 1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f

Hardware: H6

You can try a camera reset by removing the battery from the camera for 10sec.

Does the cam switch from night mode when you live stream over the web portal?

Can you try removing the camera from your device settings and reinstall the device?
