Arlo Pro 2 stop detecting motion and recording videos

Hi Guys,

 

All my 4 cameras stopped motion detecting and recording on 7/31/2019.

All recording in library were missing as well.

I tried to reinsert battery and resynec camera, but not help.

Have you tried to reboot the base station & test again? What do the status LED lights on the front of the base station display?

Ours are doing the same thing.  Not detecting motion or recording.  Base station lights are green

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

We have tested motion on each camera, rebooted base, updated router. We have it on schedule to start monitoring late tonight into the morning. We will see if any of these measures is a fix. We did notice that Arlo has “new” subscription options am wondering if these issues aren’t related.
