recently got Arlo Pro 2, 3 wire free camera. its been a week and i been getting this random base station going offline (the middle led light is off)

Tried

1. Factory rest my base station (work for few hours but randomly goes offline and back online)

2. updated to latest firmware (not helping)

3. reset and power cycle through the device (work for few hours but randomly goes offline and back online)

4. Router DMZ and port 443 and 40 is alreay open for Arlo IP (problem still persist)

i think i have try almost everything that was mention in the community, but problem still persist. what else can i try? or is this defected unit?

I have 3 other Arlo Q, which is working without any offline issues. (this said my router is definitely connected to internet)
