Arlo Pro 2 "Rename not permitted" when changing name on Arlo Android app and website

Using both the andriod app and website, I was trying to rename the arlo pro 2 camera name.

After changing the names of the camera and when saving, the error "Rename not permitted" was prompted. Logging out and in, and the name was confirmed not changed. Various length (ranging numbers of characters) and type (letters, numbers, combinations) had been tried and giving same result. Previously had been able to change, which is what was shown as the camera name now.

Please advise.

I would try and reboot the base unit via the power button and try again.
