Arlo Pro 2 one camera not recording

One camera stopped recording. We just changed the battery. I can see the area but the icon is gray not black. How do I fix this?

If the motion icon is gray, that means it is Not on and will not record.

First reset the base by turning off the on...give it time to reboot.

Arm and check if icon is now black...

If NG, verify the Armed mode has that camera in it....if a camera is not in the active mode, it will be off.

you can also try and reset the camera by pulling battery and then replacing

Hi @TomMac The icon for the cameras are black. I have reset the base, and the camera by taking out the battery. It does work manually but does not recognize motion.

Have you adjusted the sense level in the MODE ( not settings ) ?

if you tried all, then contact Arlo support re warranty
