Arlo Pro 2 not showing up in app

My base station and cameras are all erased I can’t rest the system or log back into the cameras at all. All my lights are green on the base station and I can see the infrared lights on the camera but nothing is showing up on my app. It’s saying to register base but it keeps coming up as nothing found. I unplugged the power and Ethernet cable tried the reset button and nothing happens at all

Are you the primary user/owner or one that was granted access? If the latter, the owner has to set you up with the cameras in Settings, Grant Access. If the former, try both the app and a browser to verify the same thing happens. If so, check Settings, My Devices and see what's there. If you don't see anything, hold the reset button on the base for >10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber. If you do see items there, the system should be working but you may want to remove all devices seen there to reset the system. In either case, let the base reboot and start fresh.
