Arlo Pro 2 not recording, or maybe not detecting motion?

Hi I have a setup with two cameras (both Arlo Pro 2.) I have frequently had an issue with one of the cameras where for extended periods of time it simply stops recording. I don't know if it is not detecting motion properly, or if it is but there is a connection issue that is preventing it from recording. But I have days worth of no video on this camera, despite there being plenty of motion in it's view. In the past I have been able to correct this by turning the camera off/on from the app, but that was only a temporary fix. That has stopped working entirely, last night I tried re-syncing the camera to the base station. I have also turned the base station off and back on again to no avail. The other camera, connected to the same base station, has not had this issue.

Maybe you should contact Arlo support for a possible warranty issue....
But first I would swap the two camera's locations to make sure the issue follows the camera
