OSX - Monterey. 

Remove and add devices.

Delete and Install the App.

Motion at 100.

--- Nothing. It does record at daylight.

Was this working previously, or is this with a new setup?

Where in the app are you adjusting motion sensitivity, mode’s camera rules or in the camera settings page?

When you say it records at daylight, are these triggered recordings or manual recordings?

Are you using schedule mode?
