We have 2 cameras currently installed but we are struggling to see anything in the dark. I have read the manual and it talks about low light settings but when I go to device settings there is only a button to turn night vision on and off but there is no difference. We do not have outside lights or street lights. Does this make a difference. Please can someone help

Can you check if the infrared LEDs are turned on, should be about six to eight dotted about the front lens.

Can you describe what is seen on the right of the image. If it is a wall then the infrared LEDs might be causing a highlight reflection that causes the camera to adjust for best detail of the wall. If the case reposition to look away.

It is part of a shed. Will reposition and see if it helps. Thank you. Will look to see if LEDs are on too. Thank you for your reply
