Arlo Pro 2 live audio not working correctly

Arlo software version 2.9.1(1134)

 

I initiated a communication through my phone to my camera. They heard me, but I could not hear them. When I played it back afterward, I could hear them quite clearly.

 

Unfortunately, I could not test with another camera but this is very frustrating. Looking at other posts, I would have thought this was fixed by now.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Have you tried updating to the new Arlo iOS App Version 2.10 & test again?
