I have two cameras that are bricks right now.  They are stuck in flashing amber lights (IIRC).  The status is that they are stuck downloading firmware updates.  I have tried to do the reset to factory, but they never reset.  I deleted them from my base station, and now cannot get them back in either.  Is there anything i can do other than throw them away?

Amber LED flashing usually means low battery. Have you tried charging them?

Actually, it is an alternating blue/amber light.  Which I believe is updating firmware, but it never ends.

You're right, that indicates a firmware update. Have you removed the batteries to see what happens? It's ok to do that if the update has taken at least 15 minutes and there's no indication of success.

\BTW, there is no reset on the Pro 2 cameras (the FAQ is incorrect). The only way to "reset" is to reinsert the battery.
