One of my 5 cams is having IR light issues. At night, if I go to live view, or a recording, the cam emits an audible “click” and the IR light shuts off leaving the recording or live picture very dark. Just this one camera. Any ideas or thoughts? Thanks.

Thank you. Upon my last battery charge, I must have repositioned the cam. I found that the lights on each side of my garage door were the culprits. Slightly tilted the cam lower and solved the issue.

Sounds like the camera is switching to daylight viewing when the infrared is activated.
Do you have a reflective surface in the cameras view like sidewalls.
Easiest way would be to swap with another camera position and see if the condition follows the camera.
