Arlo Pro 2 freezes up with no live view or activity trigger

I have a arlo pro 2 4 camera system that has been installed for about a year. One camera decided to freeze up with no live view or activity triggers. I can get live view if I go to view activity, so I know the camera still works. All other cameras are fully functional. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Remove the pinch and zoom settings on the camera, use the reset icon located on the camera video settings under the thumbnail when using the web portal browser.

If the above doesn't help, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.

Thanks, after a week it came back on by itself. Unusual!!

You will likely get this again if you have the PZ Ultra bug. When it occurs again then going into the camera video settings and waiting for the thumbnail to update should clear the bug but it will keep returning.
