Arlo Pro 2 does not pick up motion when sensitivity is at 100%

One of my cameras does not pick up motion. All settings are on. The yellow light does not turn on with motion. Sensitivity is at 100 %

Are you adjusting sensitivity in the motion detection test or in your modes and rules? It must be in the latter since the test is only a test and doesn't save. Also, what mode is selected? Maybe the camera is disarmed.
