Arlo Pro 2 can't see library

My boss has the Arlo 2 cameras, she can not access her saved footage. she gets a message that says Cloud Storage keeps all your clips secure, Activate an Arlo Secure plan today and watch video clips anytime, from anywhere. Each camera has its own phone number. She pays a monthly fee for the cameras. She can still still live footage but nothing is from the past.

We need information to answer this, starting with the exact camera model. You have said the "Arlo 2" but do you mean the Pro 2? You may need to open the camera battery compartment, remove the battery and find the sticker that has the model number on it starting with VMCxxxx.
We also need to know exactly what subscription/plan is in use as well as whether all the cameras are listed in that plan.
None of the cameras has its own phone number unless they are the Go or Go 2 models which use cell service (the rest use WiFi).
If you can answer these items, we can likely speed up the correct answers.

Yes the cameras must be a Go Pro 2 then, there are 4 of them. I took the batteries out this weekend and reset every camera. It did not fix the problem. The cameras are 20 miles away. Is there anyway to solve this over the computer before making the drive one way.

It rather sounds like there's a problem with the subscription. It may be expired but you say it's a paid sub so that shouldn't happen except if the credit card doesn't work for any reason. It may be fastest to use Settings, Support, select the Go 2 (it's not a Go Pro 2) camera and use the contact choices to talk to official support - this is just a user forum. Feel free to keep asking questions here although we don't have access to anything like the official support folks.
