I have 6 total Arlo cameras - 3 Pro 2's and 3 Ultras. I am using the newer base station that came with the Ultras. The newer Ultra cameras add to my Home via HomeKit no problem, but no matter what I try, I cannot get the Pro 2's to add to my home. I tried the older base station, and it added to HomeKit without the cameras. I have tried totally resetting the system and setting it up from scratch. 

 

I have seen elsewhere something about a reset token? That is the only thing that has not been tried.

I have reset your HomeKit token, please reboot your base station and try again.

At this point when I attempt to setup HomeKit it is stuck at discovering device and will not continue.

I removed and added my base station to my app again. It removed all my cameras. My pro 2 cameras are still not adding to HomeKit! This was a ton of work to try to setup from scratch. What else do I do to get these cameras into homekit

Have you tried to reinstall the Arlo app?

I’ve tried reinstalling the app yes. No difference. I setup the cameras again and again the ultras setup in HomeKit but the older pros just don’t. I’ve even tried to setup the pros using their older base station. The base station adds to HomeKit but the cameras don’t. Do these cameras just not support HomeKit? What else can be tried to get them added with the other cameras?
