Worst customer service ever! All my Arlo cameras are disconnected and I have to pay a monthly fee to speak or even chat/email with Arlo?!! Absurd. Hoping someone sees this post and stays away from Arlo. They won’t get any more money from me!

Some users here such as the moderators are arlo employees not AI’s like on the chat portal.
I think the help desk people must have all got Covid and lost their work contracts.
Can anyone here help, just ask nicely, we are all too aware of Arlo’s shortfalls.

Yes.  When I try to sync them they are not recognized in the app.  I have also tried pressing the sync button on the base unit in conjunction with the sync button on the cameras and nothing seems to get the app to recognize the camera(s).

Have you tried to remove them from the app (Remove Device tab) and re-add the cameras as well?

Does the led flash blue when you try to sync the cameras again?

What is the error message you receive? do you have a screenshot?

It says looking for your Arlo camera and never advances past this screen

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.
