Arlo Pro 2 camera, new, connected to line power suddenly loses color; no recovery when lights come back on. Anyone encountered this, or have an explanation? Another identical camera on the same network, also wired, has no problems.

Have you tried resetting the camera by disconnecting the AC power and removing the battery for a short while?
