A camera is seen as distorted and moving.

Is the camera AC powered, enabled in the rules constantly, has been zoomed using the camera video settings, has basic activity zones enabled?

If so it will eventually fail to communicate to the base station.

You can try and get it working again by turning the camera off/on via the camera settings a few times but this is only a temporary fix.

To stop it recurring try to reset the camera zoom to full size picture in the camera video settings.
