I cannot connect anymore to my Arlo Pro 2 hub. I think it may have been damaged by a storm. If I buy a Arlo Pro 3 hub and camera, will my old cameras connect to the new hub?

Yes, the newer hubs connect to all the old cameras
The new camera will require a subscription to get cloud storage.

What is the status of the LED(s)?
It's possible that a reset will resolve this (requiring you to onboard your cameras again).
