Arlo Pro 2 battery stopped taking a charge after six months of usage

One of the batteries stopped taking a charge after 6 moths of use and one prior recharge.

Any known fix?

see if camera works on the ac adapter without battery.

If it does, install battery, wait to see if it charges, if not pull and wait a few mins and reinstall... do this 6x

Sometime the voltage gets to low to charge and must be bumped up so it will and when first plugged in it will get a small charge each time till regular charging occurs
