Congratulations! For bringing the upgrade. I was wondering is there a new firmware being pushed to address's the connectivity issue when power outage occurs?

What is the range?
Does that new base support 1gigbit instead 100mbps?
Does the Arlo Pro support 5ghz band?

same range as before. No need for gigabit connections - there's not enough data being transferred at any point to even come close to 100Mb. The camera/base connection is still 2.4GHz, likely for range reasons.
