Sent grant access to partner. Created an account and trying to connect Base but won't connect.

Hi there,

Have just bought a Arlo Pro 2, I have sent the friend request off to my partner and she has excepted the invite created her own account and then it asks her to log connect up to the base station it will not connect. Has anyone had this issue and if yes how did u fix the problem

She doesn't try to set up the system - upon logging into her account the allowed cameras should be displayed. The system is already set up - she's just viewing things.

I have exactly the same issue. I have given access to all cameras, the base station and administration to my partner but she can’t connect to the base station even after downloading the app and creating an account.
Arlo help is useless on the subject.

Ok, I just deleted the app from my partners phone and reinstalled the app using the link to App Store that was sent to her in the email generated from my original invitation. That worked for me and she now has access.
