Arlo Pro 2 activity zones

1. How are the activity zones defined in the Alro Pro 2?  I have the Arlo pro now and would like the ability to identify focal points by motion vs the whole field of view. 
2. How many activity zones are there with the Pro 2?
   1. If it is plugged in outdoors will the activity zones work?
3. Night Vision - is there a distance improvement with the Pro 2?

You can not on the Pro...the PRO2 has zones when it is AC powered only

How many activity zones are there with the Pro 2? If it is plugged in outdoors will the activity zones work

The zones on the PRO2 ONLY work when plugged into AC,  at least 3 zones that I know of

Night Vision - is there a distance improvement with the Pro 2?

About the same as the Pro, may be spread a bit more for the 1080 rez
