Arlo Pro 2 Won't Recognize USB Drive

How do I get my base station to recognize my USB storage

Some USB speed sticks don't work... but most do. ( I tried about 10 and only one didn't )

 

make sure they are a good speed level

format them in FAT32 on a computer ( tho it can be done in base ) , test

make sure they are below 2 TB (  find a 64Gb to 128Gb a good size )
