I have a fairly new 2-camera set up. The cameras are working and recording video, but the videos will not play. I’ve tried shutting down power on base station, and restarting, but that did not change anything. Looking for some help on how to resolve . Trying to view via iPad. Thank you

Login using this address in a browser and see if video works there.
If so then it's an app issue on the Ipad. Remove and reinstall the app. as a start.Make sure the Ipad is running the latest version of firmware.
