Arlo Pro 2 - When switching to battery I get Ac Power Disconnected Error

We disconnected one of our cameras from the power cord for it to run on battery power. Now when I try to view that camera, all it shows is a statement that says the AC power has been disconnected. We are able to view it on my husband's Iphone and Ipad, but not on my android.
