The system was offline in June. I did a factory reset in July and the same problem occurs again in Aug. It takes a lot of time to do a factory reset and re-installation of the camera. It was working fine until the firmware was updated on JUne 10, 2022.

When it states that it is offline, are you using the mobile app or web portal browser?

What are the LEDs saying on the base station?

All the LED lights are green. I had to do a factory reset (reinstalling each outdoor camera) in July to fix the problem. It is just frustrating that I most likely have to do it again in Aug. I have yet to find a big block of time to do it yet.

Just make sure you have a working user interface.

If you’re using the desktop browser, use incognito or private window to access the web portal.

If you’re using android, delete and reinstall the app.
