1Mb/s is still the requirement but be aware that higher resolutions can swamp that speed as can multiple cameras recording or live viewing at the same time. It'll work with 1Mb/s but consider upgrading, if possible, for the best experience.
The Pro2 and Q cameras can max out at about 1.5Mb/s when set to 1080.
