why do they sell these things in canada,,there useless,,they changed the wording in the arlo android app,,you used to get camera to cold to charge,,then you could click ok,,now it says camera to cold to work,,no ok now ,,you dont get anything at all and the camera doesnt work at all,,it used to still monitor and send notifications but since the last update it doesnt work unless you bring it in to warm up,,thats a hassel in canda as its cold daily,,really upset over this.

Because some people use them indoors. Some people use them with constant AC power, which keeps them warm. It's not the cameras as such but the fact that they have batteries. No batteries will function if the chemicals inside them are frozen
