Arlo Pro 2 Stopped Recording to Flash Drive

Arlo stopped recording mp4 video files to my flash drive. It still creates a .meta file in a metadata folder for each day, but no mp4. After my 7 day review is passed, I can no longer view any files. I chatted several times with different "support" people, but they don't have a clue. Basically told me to read articles and left me to resolve it on ny owm. Offered no real solutions.

Things to try,

Power cycling the base station.

Safe eject USB storage device before removing from base station using the arlo app.

Reformat the USB device using the arlo app.

Try the alternate USB port of the base station.
