Arlo Pro 2 has a number of claimed features that are only available when "plugged in and inside" (e.g. activity zones and 3-second look back) . Is there any chance that these features will work if the Arlo Pro 2 is plugged into the Arlo Solar Panel? If so - I am on board.

No, the panel doesn't supply enough power and wouldn't work at night anyways.
