Since the Dec 2024 update, my recordings autoplay if I click on a recording which is  annoying.  Also if I play a recording & delete it, it starts playing the previous recording.

Are you still seeing this same behavior? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Yes the problem still is happening.  As soon as you scroll onto a recording it immediately starts playing.  This started shortly after the Dec 18th software update.

They really need to do testing before releasing these updates.

Are you on a Android or iOS device? Is all your software up to date?

My software is up to date.  My phone is an Android device and it is not outdated.

Can you please update the Arlo app and see if that resolves the behavior you are seeing.

My app s updated.  It is always updated and the problem still exists.

The app is still on UX3 and we are now on UX4. You can kick in the update by onboarding a Pro5 (Even if you do not have one). Once you start the onboarding it will ask you to update the app.

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

My Arlo app gets updated automatically.  When I look at the version in the app store, it is the same as what I have installed.  I don't know what UX3, UX4 or Pro5 is.
