I purchased Arlo Pro 2 system three weeks ago. Nine cameras worked fine with one base, until the other day, when I lost internet connection. I spent hours on the phone with Arlo yesterday and system was working briefly. Now, system has failed due to "no intenet connection". The wireless intenet in my home is working, but Arlo system is down. What should I do? Thanks for your help.

What are the LEDs on the base showing? All three should be green. If the Internet LED is off or amber, we need to fix that but the solution varies on the color.
