Arlo Pro 2 Modes Changing On The Web

Super disappointed with this system, in particluar the App. Everytime I set up a Mode from my phone it works fine until I open the website and then the Modes I have set up disappear and the default ones change. What is the problem?? Yes I have saved the Modes.

The apps have problems with display and setting anything under the Mode tab. Use only the browser to do this.

If you set up a custom mode from your web client, does it appear in your app? Which platform? I'm gonna guess iOS
