Arlo Pro 2 Live Function in black and white

I have several Arlo Pro 2 cameras and recently one of my outdoor cameras stopped showing color in the live feed, as well as, videos in my library it records.  It happened after I took it down to charge it, which i've done 100x's before with all of them considering they're all wireless.  I hadn't changed any settings prior to it happening, but have since tried adjusting the brightness, turning nightmode on/off,  reconnecting it to the charger, all to no avail.  In my 'Library' of recorded clips, the video starts in color and within 2-3 seconds they all change to black and white.  I've tried everything I know how, but nothing has seemed to work.  When I login to the app, sometimes the still picture in the frame will be in color, but once I click on the live feed, it comes up in black and white.  Again, this is an outdoor camera that has always shown in color, recorded in color, ect.  as do all of my other cameras that are both indoor and outdoor.  I'm at a loss as to what to do to correct it where it will be in color again.  Any help would be greatly appreciated in this matter.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.
