Arlo Pro 2 Freeze in the middle of recording

My Arlo Pro 2 freeze in the middle of recording it would record 5 seconds and you won’t see the rest of footage it seems to disappear on that person or  animal. Is anyone else experiencing this is it a way to resolve this issue.

Yeah, get that with the VMB4000 also. Check the recording in the USB backup and it should be fine. Doesn’t help, I know, for the initial viewing requirements but arlo can’t be helped.
