I just got the the Arlo Pro 2 and synced cameras to my old Arlo Pro base station. I am unable to access the free CVR functions. I have both Arlo Pro cameras plugged in using the adapter with both batteries removed. I thought this would activate the CVR. When trying to access timeline it “add cvr plan to your camera to access timeline feature”. I have literally tried every imaginable setting to try and enable cvr. I have repeatedly removed cameras and resycnched without succes. Please advise?

My Arlo Pro 2 box says "Requires a paid plan" for CVR.

CVR is, and always has been, a paid option. You can see this in Settings, Subscriptions.
