Arlo Pro 2 Firmware update error

Hi, My camera has blinking blue & orange lights and will not update.  I removed from account, and cannot sync or do anything with it. Its had blinking lights for hours now. Any suggestions please?

Did you also pull the battery to reset the camera? You may need to open a case with support here:
