Extension bolt for WMA4900 Power Adapter. Where can I just get the extension bolt?

There is an extension bolt that is included with the WMA4900 Power Adapter. Where can I get just the extension bolt or is there another part that someone has come across that can be used for this purpose?

The threading is standard, so if you see a similar camera mount extension somewhere on-line you could also do a risk-buy.
