Arlo Pro 2 Connectivity Issue

Can I connect the base station to a ModemRouter Combo? I plug the ethernet chords in. The green lights come on and I go to sync through the app and it doesnt find any devices. It wont even find the cameras. Not sure what I am doing wrong. All 3 lights seem to stay green. Help please thank you. I can post pictures if needed.

Yes.  That is likely the normal deivce configuration for most poeple.

The process as I recall is to add the base station and then add cameras by synching them with the base station.  Cameras within 3-5 feet of the base, press the synch button on the base and then on the camera, I think.

You may need to contact support to have them walk you through the process.

Is this supposed to be a new installation? All 3 LEDs being green indicates that the system is already up and running. We've seen used/refurbed units sometimes need to have the base reset button presses until the LEDs flash amber before being able to claim the base.
