Arlo Pro 2 Can't see recordings

I was prompted by the system to conduct an update of my software about 6 weeks ago, and since then I am unable to view the footage on my cameras. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did it get resolved?

Are you devices recording and uploading to your Feed tab?
