Arlo Pro 2 Can't View Video

Not sure of the protocols here - apologies if  Ihave missed something

Serial Number 4RE27774A04E1

Firmware 1.11.9.0_26520

I have an arlo pro 2 system. The software on my computer using chrome used to load with remembered details.Will no longer open, simply searches.

I switch to Explorer and the Arlo software opens, shows the captures from the different cameras but will not let me view individual captures.

the system was working fine a week ago

Is there a reason that this would be happening

What do you mean when you mention "will no longer open, simply searches"? do you have a screenshot of what you are experiencing?
