Arlo Pro 2 Can not discover device to add to my husband's app on his phone

Can not discover device to add to my husband's app on his phone.  It is added on all other family members.  It is only one camera that we are having trouble with and I made sure I granted him access.  Any help is appreciated.

You don't discover the system when granting access since it's already set up. You simply follow the emailed directions carefully.
