Hello, I'm having trouble with one of my five cameras that I have. Camera goes offline and it usually comes back on with few minutes but this time its been almost a day. What do I need to do to bring this back to live? Thanks

Hi @AudiS3,
Try to open the battery door, pull the battery out, put it back in, and close the battery door and see if that fixes the issue. You also might want to check your camera connectivity with your base station to make sure it is close enough. Will there ever be a solid platform? I bought the Pro and they were terriblle so I got the Pro 2 and they are even worse. Disconnecting, flickering, timing out.. Seriously? What have I paid for exactly, aggravation?. I have done all the troubelshooting 15 million times, (pulled battery, resynced, logged out, uninstalled app, blah blah blah).. WHen are you guys going to get a working update and actually keep it instead of making all of your customers suffer for your "trial and error" crap. I am about done with Arlo completely, I will go to Nest if this is the best it gets

Hey @HarleyW72,
Try to power cycle your Base Station and see if that fixes some of the issues you have. To power cycle your base station, unplug the power adapter from the outlet, wait one minute, and reconnect the power adapter to the outlet. The base station takes one to two minutes to start.
