Arlo Pro 2 CVR can I look back to events before adding CVR?

If I add a CVR plan to my Arlo Pro2 today, can I still look back a couple of days ago, or it just starts recording continously the moment you upgrade?

It'll start recording from when you upgrade and enable the service
