Our 3 camera set up of Pro 2 was working fine but last 3 days the battery life is rubbish. Cameras need to be charged within 2 days as losing up to 50% overnight in rooms with lights out and no movement in room from 9pm until 6. 30 am.. Any idea why?

I would cut bait and start fresh by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. Claim the base normally and then sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted. Be sure to note any settings as well as modes, rules and schedule before doing this to speed rebuilding.
I have no idea why this would be needed but this procedure should clear out any weirdnesses.
