Arlo Pro 2 Base not connecting to the Internet

Arlo Pro 2 base is not connecting to the internet. The base station led for the internet does not turn on. I have tried doing short and long reset and what does light up is the sync to the 2 cameras I have. I have tried different CAT5 cables and ports on my AmpliFi HD WiFi Router
