Arlo Pro 2 Base Station & 5 Cameras Live Feed Connection Failed

I set up the system on my iPhone and so far it's working well. Logged in to the Arlo.netgear.com website from my office computer and the whole set-up looks good except for one problem: When I go to the devices display and tap the play button in the middle of the screen to get a live camera feed the display darkens for a few seconds & then gives the message "connection failed". All five cameras do this on the website accessed via computer. Live feeds on my iPhone still work just fine.I have good wifi connections both at home & in the office. Would appreciate any suggestion / help you may have. Thank you.

First thing I would do is to check FLASH...
